In the past two months, there was a major revision and a minor revision. The editor-in-chief also conducted another major revision, making many changes back and forth. Two months is not considered fast, and 2000 Swiss Francs is not cheap. Other journals offer discounts to our school, but this one does not. In terms of cost-effectiveness, it is considered average in MDPI, being in JCR3 zone and with an acceptable Impact Factor.

The review process is really fast. I received minor revision comments within 20 days of submission, and after making the necessary changes, I submitted it again and received an acceptance and payment notification the next day. However, there was a delay of more than ten days due to a payment issue with the first submission. MDPI started sending payment reminders every 5 days, then every 2 days, and eventually twice a day. After making the payment, the article was published online the following day. It is indeed very fast. I would recommend it to students who are in a hurry to graduate.
