There are two situations: one is when there is a conflict of opinions between reviewers, and the other is when one reviewer's opinion is sent back to another reviewer for review. I have also encountered this situation. After about half a month, I received major revisions, but they were relatively easy to make. If you request acceptance by the end of May, it can barely be done, but if you request acceptance in early May, it will be tough because it takes more than 20 days from acceptance to formal publication. I temporarily accepted on March 5th, formally accepted on March 8th, and it will be published on March 31st. Only then can it be found online.
