This journal is really a devil. I first submitted my manuscript in January last year. I went through a major revision and a minor revision. I submitted the minor revision on December 1st. It has been over two months and it has been "with editor" the whole time. And now this month, the status has changed to "under review"... I guess it will be another long period of time before I get the results. It has been 13 and a half months since I submitted my manuscript. Unbelievable.
