Continuing from the previous text:

Between May 24th and June 12th, two reminders were sent, and both received template responses. However, it could be inferred from the reviews and a review that there are still a few reviewers who have not responded.

On June 17th, 2023, the second round of reviews was received, with one acceptance and one rejection (but with encouragement to resubmit). The editor strongly recommended resubmission. (Only then did I realize that two reviewers were changed!)

On June 19th, the manuscript was resubmitted for the third time, and on the same day, a reminder was sent to the external reviewer.

On June 21st, external review commenced.

Meanwhile, reminders were sent on June 26th, June 28th, and June 30th. The first two reminders informed me that some reviewers had not responded yet, while the third reminder stated that they were already waiting for the editor's response. On July 1st, a letter was written to the editor.

On July 3rd, the final acceptance notice was received!

They will reassign the ID, send an external review email, and the editor will be different from before, while the reviewers will be new.
The first submission was rejected by two people and resubmitted, taking 60 days.
The second submission had two different reviewers, one rejected and one accepted, taking 30 days.
The problem is that the person who rejected my submission didn't provide any feedback. They gave four comments, three of which I clearly explained in the paper, and one asked if my method could be applied to another paper (which is completely unrelated to my research direction)...
