Aims and Scope

ATVB is the forum for publication of research on the biology, prevention, and impact of vascular diseases related to arteriosclerosis and thrombosis from a variety of disciplines including biochemistry, biophysics, cell and molecular biology, clinical investigation, epidemiology, genetics, lipoproteins, nutrition, metabolism, and pathology.

Online subscriptions are available to members of the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association as a benefit of membership depending on membership level.

I have made several revisions back and forth. I submitted it at the end of 2019 and just received the acceptance notice now. The reviewers were very professional, and the journal was efficient. Due to my own reasons, it took a long time. The first major revision in 2020 was delayed for six months before being sent back for the first round of revisions. The second and third rounds were also given three months for revisions. Throughout the process, it was still very nice, and I am looking forward to the article being published online.
