Aims and Scope
The Journal of Digital Imaging (JDI) is the official peer-reviewed journal of the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM). JDI’s goal is to enhance the exchange of knowledge encompassed by the general topic of Imaging Informatics in Medicine such as research and practice in clinical, engineering, and information technologies and techniques in all medical imaging environments. JDI topics are of interest to researchers, developers, educators, physicians, and imaging informatics professionals.

I received a minor revision notice at the end of September and sent it back for revision in mid-October. Now it's November 12th and it's still marked as "Editor Assigned." I'm really anxious and don't know when I will receive the acceptance notice. It would be great to at least receive a message. Minor revisions should be done quickly, right? It's really frustrating.

Submitted in March 2021, followed up multiple times, invited reviewers in August, and now it's already November. We have reminded several times, but there is no response whatsoever. It would be better to reject directly if not interested, instead of dragging it out for so long. Feeling anxious...
