This Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity APS is designed to provide a vehicle for USAID Europe and Eurasia Bureau (E&E), as well as other USAID M/B/IO (Missions, Bureaus, and Independent Offices), to improve the digitalization and resilience of critical infrastructure in USAID beneficiary countries from cyberattacks, while upholding U.S. foreign policy objectives of promoting national security, advancing American values, and supporting global prosperity, and self-reliance.
