Summary: The study evaluated the effect of five factors on the removal of triadimefon and boscalid from rape by ultrasonic washing through Plackett-Burman design. It found that changing pH of water, cleaning time, water volume and temperature during the washing process can improve the removal rate of the two pesticides residue. This research provides a reference for ultrasonic cleaning conditions by a sink dishwasher and positively impacts food safety.

Summary: This study successfully produced a significant amount of pectinase using agro-industrial waste with the indigenously isolated Aspergillus cervinus strain. The media components that significantly affected the pectinase activity were optimized, resulting in the highest activity of 105.65 +/- 0.31 IU/mL. The findings suggest that Aspergillus cervinus ARS2 can be considered for large-scale production of pectinase to meet industrial demands.
