The ceramic-polymer composite flexible films composed of BVT fillers and PVDF matrix were prepared using a solid-state reaction method. SEM tests showed that as the powder content increased, the film density and the interface effect between the polymer and powder decreased. The measurement results of the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the film indicated that reducing the content of BVT powder could reduce the dielectric loss of the film under certain conditions.
The ceramic-polymer composite flexible films consisting of Ba1-xVxTiO3 (x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) [BVT] as fillers and poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) as the matrix with different ratios (molar ratios of BVT to PVDF of 1%, 3%, 5% and 7%) were prepared by using a conventional solid-state reaction method. SEM tests show that as the micronsized powder content increases, the film density and the interface effect between the polymer and powder decrease. The measurement results of the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the film show that when the stoichiometric ratio of the V5+ ions is 0.1 and the BVT (Ba1-xVxTiO3) powder content does not exceed 5%, the dielectric loss of the film can be reduced by reducing the content of BVT powder.
