Summary: The study found that the interaction between GsMYST1 and GsSnRK1 can regulate the expression of the COR15B gene through acetylation. Additionally, it was demonstrated that salt stress can activate GsSnRK1, which subsequently phosphorylates GsMYST1 to enhance its acetyltransferase activity, potentially promoting target gene expression through epigenetics.

Summary: In this study, a total of 82 NAC genes were identified and systematically characterized in the lotus genome. Phylogenetic analysis revealed the classification of NAC proteins into seven subfamilies based on their conserved motifs and gene structures. Additionally, differentially expressed NAC genes related to lotus seed development and response to submergence stress were identified. This study provides potential candidate gene resources for future molecular breeding of lotus varieties with novel agronomic traits.

Summary: CaNAC46 is an important transcription factor that regulates plant resistance to abiotic stresses such as drought and salinity by activating ROS-scavenging enzymes and enhancing root formation. The regulatory mechanisms controlling this NAC transcription factor appear to be conserved between Arabidopsis thaliana and pepper.

Summary: The NAC gene family in Saccharum spontaneum, a wild species and a major source of resistance genes for sugarcane breeding, was systematically studied in this research. Through gene identification, phylogenetic analysis, and expression pattern observation, it was found that these genes may play a key role in the resistance of S. spontaneum to various stresses. These findings provide comprehensive information for further functional studies of the SsNAC gene.

Summary: The MYB transcription factors, especially the newly discovered CaMYB78, play a crucial role in plants' response to abiotic stress factors such as salinity and drought. The heterologous expression of CaMYB78 in tobacco plants enhances antioxidation activities and confers better stress tolerance capacity. The upregulation of antioxidant genes and stress-related genes in transgenic plants suggests that CaMYB78 is important for abiotic stress response in plants.

Summary: This study identified Pb-responsive SiNAC transcription factors in Salix integra, and revealed two subfamilies, ATAF and NAP, with different Pb response patterns. SiNAC004 and SiNAC120 from these subfamilies were confirmed to have different Pb response patterns and were associated with sulfur metabolism, glutathione metabolism, ribosome, and phenylpropanoid biosynthesis pathways. This study provides important insights for subsequent gene function verification.
