This presentation exhibits a high-level overview of a proposed clinical framework that traces health status of a patient, with respect to the drug prescriptions. An attempt is made to document temporal medical information in tandem to the profiles of drugs, doctor's prognoses, and essentially facilitate a feedback channel from the subject to clinicians and pharmacologists. I reckon this facet as an amelioration to the Electronic Health Records (EHR) infrastructure, and a consolidated dashboard featuring multi-dimensional information with nuanced benefits.
