海报摘要

This research aimed to explore the main influences on over-the-counter (OTC) buying choices among Malaysian consumers in the context of increasing digital integration in the marketing and sales practices of the industry. The regression analysis results revealed that online buying decisions for OTC drugs were significantly predicted (ρ<0.01) by online recommendations from others, online advertisements, online reviews, educational content, competitive online price, and website/app quality.
