Overall, very satisfied. Submitted twice and was accepted once. Editor Long and three reviewers processed it quickly. Major revisions took one month for reviewer 1, then 21 days for revision. The second review went back to the three reviewers and was accepted one week later. Due to selecting a special issue, the publication fee of $2400 was waived.

From application to acceptance, it took less than three months. During this period, there was a major revision once, and the opinions given by the five reviewing experts were not very difficult.

Submitted on February 23 this year, received a major revision notice on April 10, with a deadline extension until April 30. Due to extensive changes, an extension request was made until May 30. On June 25, minor revision suggestions were provided, and the revised version was submitted the following day and directly accepted. The article was published online on July 2, and the final version was confirmed on July 19. However, it is still not searchable on Web of Science, indicating publication in November 2022. Other papers published in November 2022 in the ETI journal are already searchable on Web of Science. Urgent access is needed for scholarship evaluation purposes.
