Reviewing is fast, and the editing process after submission is not delayed. It can be sent for review quickly, and it takes about 3 months from submission to acceptance, which is considered relatively fast. The journal requirements are not very high, but it is not of low quality either. The quality is still good, and the impact factor has been gradually increasing in recent years. It is a journal under the Institution of Civil Engineers in the UK, which is excellent and worth submitting to.

The quality of the journals under the Civil Engineering Association is guaranteed, with a low self-citation rate. The editor-in-chief efficiently handles submissions and occasionally prompts authors. It is recommended to focus on innovative and cutting-edge articles when submitting, and to increase the disclosure of data and experimental methods to improve quality and reproducibility.
