1. SCI and PubMed income, the Impact Factor (IF) for 2019 is 1.193, and it is expected to exceed 2 in 2020.
2. The journal is quite responsible, and emails are generally replied to on the same day. The review process is moderately fast, and decisions are not prolonged unnecessarily.
3. Currently, it is a quarterly publication, and accepted articles are published within 1-3 months. It is suitable for graduate students to submit their work.

I received feedback the next day after submitting. The pre-check was very quick and some questions were raised. However, I was confused when trying to upload the manuscript as it kept prompting that my current status does not allow uploading. Helplessly, I could only reply via email. I'm not sure if this is normal.
