I have searched through all the comments and have not found anyone slower than me.
It has been two and a half months for the review. Shouldn't it be back by now? ···
It keeps showing "under review" all the time.
I reminded them last week, and they told me to be patient and wait.···

I feel that it was relatively fast. I submitted it in August, and it was returned for revisions in October. The revisions were completed in the meantime, and after the second round of revisions, it was accepted on the same day it was resubmitted.
