Hello, congratulations on being hired as a friend. I would like to consult you about a submission issue with ISIJ. I have received three pages of review comments. The decision letter from the editor-in-chief states that my submission has been rejected. However, the associate editor (reviewer) has indicated that I should resubmit a revised version (Please refer to the suggestions made by the reviewer and consider re-submitting the revised version). Does this mean that I should make modifications?
