2023.3.15 Revision (The reviewer's review speed was fast, but it took a long time due to a failure to find a reviewer)

2023.5.23 Rejection The editor considered the modifications made based on the reviewer's comments to be inadequate.
Overall, the experience of submitting this time was not pleasant. Firstly, the progress was slow (four months for the first review, one and a half months for the second review). Secondly, one of the reviewers' comments were not reasonable (which was the main reason for rejection). That's all, I wish you all smooth submissions in the future.
