Submitted in mid-October of the 22nd year, stuck in "initial technical check" for a month and a half, and in early December, they notified me that it was "out of scope" and asked me to submit to another journal... If they had taken a few minutes to glance at it during this time, they wouldn't have wasted the author's time by only realizing it didn't belong to their journal after such a long period.

56 days after the minor revision, they haven't contacted me anymore. At first, they replied to my reminders and said they were waiting for the final decision from the editor-in-chief. But recently, they didn't even reply to my reminders, not even with a template response... My child is still waiting to find a job, I'm really fed up! What are they procrastinating for!?
