The submission experience is very poor, and the webpage is extremely slow. The main text of other journals is displayed in the proof's PDF, while this one directly provides a PDF link to download as a Word document. The rejection letter you receive may just be a formality to cater to your emotions, and you may mistakenly think it is because your paper doesn't fit the scope. When submitting to journals, consider the quality of the article rather than personal favors. Every journal accepts opinion pieces, so that is not a reason for you to criticize the journal.
