Is it $275 for each page? How long does it take for the article to be published and indexed after acceptance? I was accepted in early March, and there hasn't been any mention of payment for publication yet...

The publication fee of the journal is a bit expensive, and the review process is relatively strict. The time from submission to publication is relatively long, and the indexing time is even longer.
