This study dives into how engineers' design practices shape how they perceive robot users. Researchers observed robot labs and found that user ideas aren't static, but rather evolve alongside the design process. While user involvement is important, the study suggests the design environment itself influences engineers' user perceptions. This challenges the idea that designers always have accurate user images in mind. The authors propose new ideas like "image-evoking activities" to understand how design shapes user perception. This research is valuable for designers, policymakers, and researchers as it questions traditional user studies and highlights the role of the design environment. Personally, I find it fascinating how seemingly objective processes like design can be influenced by unexpected factors.

Tesla Model Y has the lowest price ever. I guess the price reduction will lead to a big boost in sales. A lower price opens the market to considerably more buyers. Also, since this is the lowest price the Model Y has ever been, it is likely to be tempting for potential buyers to purchase now rather than wait and risk a price increase.
