Summary: This study aims to assess health promotion behaviors and associated factors among adolescents in northern Saudi Arabia. The study found that there were associated factors in the domains of nutrition, social support, health responsibility, life appreciation, exercise, and stress management. Over half of the adolescents had low health promotion behavior. It is recommended to implement awareness-raising and health promotion intervention programs for adolescents and conduct surveys in other regions of Saudi Arabia to identify region-specific health promotion behaviors.

Summary: Entering academic institutions currently only requires a specific diploma, with additional requirements potentially paving the way for prospective students; first-year students are left to navigate their academic experiences on their own, without being taught essential skills beyond expertise. Student health promotion is crucial for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, but consideration must also be given to structural and organizational conditions within academic institutions. Further development of Ilmarinen's concept of workability may aid in implementing health-promoting conditions within a university setting.

Summary: In this study, a non-face-to-face forest therapy program was developed and applied to nurses working in hospitals. The results showed that the program significantly reduced the stress level of clinical nurses, but had no significant effect on happiness. This suggests that the non-face-to-face forest therapy program has a positive effect on stress relief.

Summary: This study describes the mechanism of occupational health and well-being (OHW) of miners through a driving force-pressure-state-impact-response model. A probabilistic model of management tradeoff analysis was established using a Bayesian decision network to capture causal relationships and dependencies between multiple factors. The results showed that the comprehensive strategy was the best tactic, and management of stress and vulnerability had significant effects. This study provides a valuable tool for managers to identify priority management factors and emphasizes the importance of considering dual demands of both organizations and individuals.
