Summary: This study investigates the impact of the Professional Learning Community (PLC) model on research-focused higher education institutions. The results show that the PLC model can facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovative teaching practices across departments and offices at the university, leading to additional research opportunities and grant applications. Participants value the diversity of the program, develop skills for their courses, and feel a sense of accountability. The study suggests that PLCs can empower faculty to develop innovative teaching practices and build capacity for research across institutions.

Summary: This study explored how a collaborative approach to teaching pre-service teachers about models-based practice (MBP) can support coherence in physical education teacher education (PETE) modules. The findings suggest that collaborative teaching facilitated individual and collective implementation of MBP, leading to the development of a shared language and vision for teaching about MBP. It is concluded that coherent PETE programs require a professional group of teacher educators willing to share, an inquiry-oriented approach to researching beliefs and practices, and a desire to understand and share new understandings with colleagues at various levels.

Summary: This study explored the ethics of the clinical relationship between physiotherapists and patients, the ethics training received by physiotherapists, and their ability to identify and apply ethical recommendations in clinical practice. The findings suggest that the clinical relationship is influenced by the attitudes of the physiotherapist, which are shaped by their values and experiences. There is a need for improved ethical training, with a focus on professional attitudes.

Summary: Teachers are increasingly asked to make their practice public for collective inquiry. Facilitation practices play a critical role in supporting teachers' learning by promoting collaborative learning, supporting teachers' experimentation with instructional practice, and shaping the emotional space. These identified practices can support facilitators in creating practice-embedded experiences for both pre-service and in-service teachers.

Summary: This study implemented a blended learning mode with the aid of an artificial intelligence teaching platform to improve English language learning. The experimental group, consisting of 55 computer network majoring students, was compared to a control group using traditional classroom teaching. The results showed that the blended learning mode helped stimulate motivation, develop autonomous and cooperative learning abilities, enhance self-efficacy, and cultivate critical thinking skills. The study concluded that this mode effectively promoted engagement, improved academic performance, and compensated for the limitations of online and face-to-face teaching.

Summary: This mixed methods study investigates the relationship between practice-based pedagogies of teacher education and teachers' subsequent classroom practice. The quantitative findings show that longer episodes of decomposition in teacher coaching sessions predict teachers' growth in observation protocol scores. The qualitative analyses reveal that longer episodes of decomposition involve opportunities for teacher learners to participate in the process. These findings have significant implications for instructional coaches, teacher educators, and future research.

Summary: This study investigates the relationship between anxiety, practice behaviors, and music performance quality. The findings show a positive correlation between anxiety levels and practice time and repetitions of the musical task. High levels of anxiety are associated with poor quality of music performances, but there is no association between participants' learning rate and anxiety measures in performance quality scores. Anxiety and performance quality co-develop during practice sessions.

Summary: This research investigates the impact of a mandatory assessment called the Teaching Performance Assessment (TPA) on pre-service teachers in Australia. The TPA analyzes teaching practices through the use of video recordings, observation feedback, and analysis of students' work samples. The study reveals that completing the TPA enhances pre-service teachers' understanding of how to improve student learning. However, it also highlights the potential risks of prioritizing compliance over the original goal of the teaching placement.
