Polymorphism-induced dual phosphorescent emission from solid-state iridium(III) complex

Different molecular packing structures in the solid-state iridium(III) complex (1) induce unprecedented dual phosphorescent emission through M-3(LLLL)CT and M-3(LL)CT transitions.
