Schuttelaar, Dagmar Simon, Luca Stingeni, Skaidra Valiukeviciene, Elke Weisshaar, Thomas Werfel, Margarida Goncalo

Summary: This study presents the results of patch testing with the European baseline series (EBS) in multiple European countries. The most common sensitization was to nickel, followed by fragrance mix and Myroxylon pereirae. The study also found that higher concentrations of formaldehyde resulted in more positive reactions, and propolis was the most commonly positive new addition to the EBS.
