A numerical solution of MHD flow of tangent hyperbolic fluid model over a stretching cylinder is obtained in this paper. The governing boundary layer equation of tangent hyperbolic fluid is converted into an ordinary differential equation using similarity transformations, which is then solved numerically by applying the implicit finite difference Keller box method. The effects of various parameters on velocity profiles are analyzed and discussed in detail. The values of skin friction coefficient are tabulated and plotted in order to understand the Row behavior near the surface of the cylinder.
