An aerobic oxidative cross-coupling reaction of alkenes with poly-fluorobenzenes, through palladium-catalyzed allylic C-H activation, is reported. This attractive route provides a new way to forge allylic C-C bonds of valuable products, in good yields, with high regioselectivity.
