Six new triterpenoid saponins (1-6) have been isolated from the roots of Gypsophila pacifica Kom. Their structures were established on the basis of extensive NMR (H-1, C-13, TOCSY, HSQC, and HMBC) and ESIMS studies. (C) 2009 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
