Summary: SAVI is a newly identified interferonopathy caused by gain-of-function mutations in the STING1 gene. A homozygous variant in STING1 gene was identified in two siblings, resulting in constitutive activation of STING gene and the SAVI phenotype. Treatment with JAK-I Ruxolitinib successfully suppressed inflammation and halted disease progression by reducing beta-interferon levels.

Summary: To overcome the limitations of cfDNA sequencing with panels, a novel strategy for non-invasive tumor mutation screening solely based on plasma was proposed. The method, utilizing unique molecular identifier (UMI) target sequencing, showed promising results in detecting tumor mutations and identifying minimum residual disease (MRD) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. The combination of MVFC-identified tumor mutations and Alpha Fetoprotein (AFP) further improved MRD detection.

Summary: The fruit fly optimization algorithm (FOA) is a swarm-based algorithm inspired by fruit flies' food search behaviors in nature. The conventional FOA, while simple and concise, has limitations in exploration and exploitation abilities when used for different optimization problems. By introducing an improved FOA approach called BSSFOA, which utilizes bat sonar strategy for global optimization and a hybrid distribution mechanism for local optimization, better solutions can be found in both continuous and discrete optimization problems.

Summary: This paper proposes a navigation constellation time scale generation framework and designs an improved Kalman plus weights (KPW) time scale algorithm and the time-frequency steer algorithm that integrates genetic algorithms. Through a 30-day autonomous timekeeping simulation using GPS precision clock data, the results show that when the sampling interval is 300 s, the Allan deviation of the output time scale is 5.73 x 10(-14), a 71% improvement compared with the traditional KPW time scale algorithm; when the sampling interval is 1 day, the Allan deviation is 9.17 x 10(-15); when the sampling interval is 1 x 10(6) s, the Allan deviation is 8.87 x 10(-16), a 94% improvement compared with the traditional KPW time scale algorithm. The constellation-level high-precision time scale generation technology proposed in this paper can significantly improve the stability performance of navigation constellation autonomous timekeeping.
