Summary: Super-resolution fluorescence microscopy has great potential in neuroscience for visualizing nanoscale structures and biochemical activities. Recent technical progress has enhanced the performance and accessibility of this technology, but in vivo applications still face challenges. This review presents vivid examples based on STED and RESOLFT super-resolution microscopy, providing insights into the nanoscale mechanisms of cellular communication between neurons and glia.

Summary: Sahul is a region that connects the world's largest tropical island and the oldest continent. This study examines the diversification of rodents in this region, showing that geological processes, biome transitions, and over-water colonization played important roles in driving the diversification of continental fauna.

Summary: The nature of insight has long remained elusive, especially in non-verbal and non-human animals, while human neuroimaging studies are starting to reveal underlying mechanisms. Comparative cognition could greatly benefit from embracing advances in neuroscience and human cognitive psychology, as highlighted by the challenges faced in studying insight.

Summary: Scientific evaluation is increasingly important, with the h-index being a famous indicator for individual performance. However, it lacks the ability to compare individuals across different scientific disciplines. To address this issue, a new evaluation measure, h(u)-index, has been proposed to provide a better comparison across disciplines.

Summary: This article provides an overview of interdisciplinary studies in language, focusing on epistemological and methodological frameworks within linguistics departments and other disciplinary areas. It examines the organizational structure across departments, degree programs, organizations, and professions. The article also highlights emerging transdisciplinary trends and the importance of recentering humans and the human communicative experience. Examples from lexical and morphological investigations demonstrate the complexity and relevance of studying language across different areas and paradigms.

Summary: The study found that while data sharing has improved over the past decade, differences in data availability and willingness to share data still exist among different disciplines. It is recommended to incentivize researchers to share data through benefits such as recognition and rewards, with funding agencies covering data management costs and enforcing data sharing surveillance.

Summary: This research surveyed the perception and knowledge of sustainability among university students in Argentina. The results showed that environmental sustainability had the highest awareness among the students. Only a small percentage of respondents were able to identify all three dimensions of sustainability, and most of them did not learn about it through university courses. There were no significant differences in sustainability knowledge among students from different faculties.
