Summary: In this study, the population of blue horizontal branch (HB) stars in the centres of globular clusters (GC) is studied for the first time using a combination of MUSE spectroscopy and HST photometry. The properties of these stars are characterized in two GCs, omega Cen and NGC6752. The analysis method used, combining MUSE spectra and HST photometry, proves to be a powerful tool for characterizing the stellar properties of HB stars in GCs. The results show good agreement with theoretical expectations, and there are no significant differences in the properties of the stars between the two clusters.

Summary: We conducted a photometric study of the globular cluster M14, focusing on the variable stars. By analyzing the light curves of RR Lyrae stars, we determined the cluster's metallicity and average distance. We compared the color-magnitude diagram outlined by the cluster members with theoretical predictions and confirmed the cluster's Oosterhoff type and the distribution of pulsating modes of RR Lyrae stars. We also modeled the mass-loss to analyze the blue tail of the horizontal branch. Our results support that M14 is not of extragalactic origin.

Summary: NGC 362 is a non-common Type II Galactic globular cluster with a complex pseudo two-colour diagram. Despite previous spectroscopic observations, no internal iron variation has been detected, indicating that there is no trace of internal iron spread in the cluster.

Summary: Research on GCs reveals that some Type II GCs exhibit intrinsic Fe abundance variations, and through specific cases, an analysis of metallicity shows different behaviors among different categories of stars. The study also suggests that the metallicity spread in Type II GCs is not correlated with stellar mass or the proportion of anomalous stars.

Summary: Observations using the MUSE integral field spectrograph revealed complex central kinematics in the core collapsed globular cluster M15, with the rotation axis of the core offset from the rotation axis of the bulk of the cluster. This complexity was confirmed at higher significance and in more detail compared to previous work.

Summary: This study examines the initial lithium content of lower red giant branch stars in globular clusters and compares it to cosmological predictions. The results show a plateau in the lithium abundance, with no correlation with metallicity. Additionally, a Li-rich giant star is discovered in one of the clusters, possibly due to pollution from external sources.

Summary: Pseudo two-colour diagrams or Chromosome maps (ChM) show the presence of five different stellar populations in NGC 2808. To overcome the limitations of existing ChMs, which are derived from Hubble Space Telescope photometry and cover a small field of view, we built a ChM using U, B, I photometry from ground-based facilities over a wider field of view. By analyzing the spectra of 70 red giant branch and seven asymptotic giant branch stars, we were able to determine the abundances of various elements in these stars and provide the most complete characterization of the stellar populations in NGC 2808 to date. Our findings support the existence of multiple stellar populations in globular clusters and challenge current stellar evolution models.

Summary: Globular clusters have been extensively studied for their light element variations, but the source of pollution is still debated. This study analyzes heavy elements and their relation to light ones to explore the contribution of different stellar masses to cluster pollution. The results show no clear relations between light s-process elements (Y ii) or heavy elements (Ba ii) with light elements (Li, Na, or Al), suggesting that the polluter(s) responsible for Na (Al) or Li production do not produce significant amounts of Y ii and Ba ii. Models also exclude a significant contribution from AGB stars with masses lower than 5 M-circle dot, and a possible CH star is found in the sample.

Summary: In this paper, the authors conducted a spectroscopic study of the tidal tails of Palomar 5 cluster, focusing on the leading tail. By combining their measurements with photometric data and astrometry, they identified 16 stars belonging to the Pal 5 stream and characterized the 3D kinematics of the system. They also provided a catalogue for future modeling work.

Summary: Using differential abundance analysis, this study reveals the presence of multiple chemical peculiarities in the globular clusters NGC 288 and NGC 362. The measurements of 20 elements showed differential uncertainties ranging from 0.01 to 0.02 dex in both clusters. The analysis found dispersion in the abundances of various elements in both clusters, with NGC 362 demonstrating additional dispersion in some elements.

Summary: The study aimed to determine carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen abundances for evolved giants in the globular cluster NGC 1851 to investigate the coeval nature of the double populations of stars. The results showed differences in mean metallicity, C/N ratio, and s-process dominated element-to-iron abundance ratios between the two populations, suggesting that NGC 1851 is composed of two clusters with different ages.

Summary: We present the abundance analysis of 185 giants in the bulge globular cluster NGC 6388, showing that a single class of polluters can explain the anti-correlations among light elements. The abundance pattern of other elements in NGC 6388 is similar to bulge field stars, ruling out an accreted origin. The neutron-capture elements show overall uniformity, with a scatter in the [Zr/Fe] ratio correlated to Na and Al abundances.

Summary: NGC 4833 is a metal-poor Galactic globular cluster with extreme chemical composition, including a broad Na-O anti-correlation and significant excesses of Ca and Sc. The study confirms that self-enrichment from first generation polluters occurred at high temperatures, producing species such as K and possibly Ca. The abundance of potassium in GCs appears to be related to other elements, indicating a complex chemical pattern in multiple stellar populations.
