The results showed that L. paracasei supplementation decreased remnant cholesterol levels, improved endothelial function, and alleviated the severity of metabolic syndrome. This study provides a feasible and safe strategy for the prevention of cardiometabolic diseases in individuals with dyslipidemia and endothelial dysfunction.
