Summary: A lemon-chiffon strain named Parachryseolinea silvisoli sp. nov. was isolated from a soil sample collected from Qinghai Virgin Forests, Qinghai Province, PR China. This strain belongs to the family Fulvivirgaceae and represents a new species in a new genus. Additionally, the reclassification of Chryseolinea flava as Pseudochryseolinea flava gen. nov., comb. nov. is proposed.

Summary: Two novel aerobic and obligately acidophilic bacteria, Paracidobacterium acidisoli and Alloacidobacterium dinghuense, were isolated from forest soil in Dinghushan Biosphere Reserve in Guangdong, China. The discovery of these new bacterial genera and species is significant for understanding acidophilic bacteria in the environment.

Summary: Two new bacterial strains, Marseille-P2698(T) and Marseille-P2260(T), were isolated from human stools using the culturomic method. These two strains were fully described using the taxonogenomic approach. Marseille-P2698(T) was identified as a Gram-negative, motile, non-spore-forming, rod-shaped bacterium, while Marseille-P2260(T) was identified as a Gram-positive, motile, spore-forming rod-shaped bacterium.

Summary: A novel Gram-stain-positive coccus-shaped bacterium, designated as INB8(T), was isolated from hypersaline marine water sample collected at the Inland Sea of Qatar. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that the strain belongs to a new species within the genus Ruoffia. It is proposed to reclassify several other Facklamia species based on genetic and phenotypic information.

Summary: The discovery of lithoautotrophy in a new isolate expands the ecological role of the globally widespread genus Roseovarius. This study identified and characterized a novel lithoautotrophic bacterium belonging to the genus Roseovarius, which exhibited metabolic features not previously reported for this genus. Comparative genomics analysis of 46 Roseovarius genomes revealed common characteristics and genetic variations within this genus.

Phylogenetic analysis suggests that these strains are closely related to the family Alcaligenaceae and previously described species Orrella amnicola and Orrella marina. Based on the phylogenomic trees and other characteristics, the authors propose the establishment of new genera Zwartia gen. nov. and Jezberella gen. nov., and the reclassification of Orrella amnicola into the new genus Sheuella gen. nov.

Summary: Summary in English: A new strain of bacterium, designated Y7R2T, was isolated from the brain of a Chiroteuthis picteti squid in Japan. It is closely related to the genus Hoyosella, but forms a distinct cluster within a deep-branching lineage. The strain has unique chemotaxonomic features and should be assigned to a novel genus and species named Lolliginicoccus levis gen. nov., sp. nov. Reclassification of the related species H. suaedae and H. lacisalsi is also proposed.

Summary: A novel anaerobic strain XJ01T was isolated from production fluid in the LiaoHe oilfield in China, representing a new genus and species Cupidesulfovibrio liaohensis.
