Summary: Integrating learners into virtual care proved to be challenging initially due to unfamiliarity with the process and later due to disrupted workflow. Both faculty and learners identified deficiencies in the virtual care experience when compared with in-person clinics, but also noted several unique and valuable learning opportunities. The majority of faculty expressed a desire to continue using virtual care in their future practice, but not necessarily with learners.

Summary: The aim of this study was to explore interdisciplinary clinicians' perspectives on priorities in serious illness communication and shared decision-making with racially and culturally minoritized individuals at end of life. The findings indicated that clinicians should provide person-centered, authentic, and culturally-sensitive care, focus on pain control, employ approaches to build trust and connection, and understand communication challenges related to racial differences. This study is important for improving clinicians' cultural inclusive communication skills and enhancing the quality of end-of-life care for minoritized groups of cancer patients.

Summary: This study aims to explore the dimensions of palliative nursing care quality and the development of the Palliative Nursing Care Quality Scale. Through the Delphi technique and interviews, an expert panel reached consensus on the dimensions of the scale and identified four emergent themes related to good nursing care. The quality of palliative nursing care goes beyond comprehensive care and emphasizes the meticulous attention to every important detail for the patient, focusing on their needs and respecting their wishes. Specifying and reaching a consensus on nursing care quality contributes to excellence in care and enhances the professional profile of advanced practice palliative care nurses.
