Summary: "CDK4/6 plays a crucial role in the immune microenvironment of ovarian cancer and is associated with patient prognosis. Inhibiting CDK4/6 leads to an increase in interferon-gamma secretion and activation of immunity in ovarian cancer, while the LRRC75A-AS1-hsa-miR-330-5p axis can inhibit the immune response by upregulating CDK4/6 and leading to a poor prognosis."

Summary: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, and its targeted treatment depends on the expression of growth factors and hormone receptors by cancer cells. However, approximately 30% of patients may experience relapse due to residual disseminated tumor cells that can either colonize a secondary site or enter a dormant state. Understanding the microenvironmental cues, metabolic and molecular properties, as well as the role of autophagy, lncRNAs, miRNAs, and exosomes, could improve the treatment of breast cancer and enhance patient prognosis and survival.

Summary: Apoptosis is a coordinated cellular process that occurs in several physiological situations, and dysregulation of apoptosis has been documented in numerous pathological situations, particularly cancer. Non-coding RNAs regulate apoptosis via different mechanisms, and in lung cancer, these RNAs interact with important cancer-related pathways to influence cell fate. Over-expression of apoptosis-blocking non-coding RNAs has been associated with poor prognosis in patients, while apoptosis-promoting ones have the opposite effect.

Summary: Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), including lncRNAs and miRNAs, play significant regulatory roles in skin cancer pathogenesis, impacting key signaling pathways and gene expression. Dysregulation of miRNAs affects cell cycle regulation, cellular differentiation, and immunological responses in skin cancer. In addition, ncRNAs have potential as diagnostic biomarkers and prognostic indicators, and unraveling their regulatory networks offers groundbreaking opportunities for targeted therapies in dermatologic care.
