Summary: This paper conducts a systematic literature review from 2012 to 2022 on the application of multi-criteria analysis in evaluating alternatives for solutions in urban freight logistics. The most commonly used MCDM methods are found to be AHP hybrid and MAMCA. The study also provides information on influential authors and publications, research objectives, involved actors, evaluation criteria, and the types of alternatives considered.

Summary: This study provides an objective criticism of the fuzzy SWARA method and highlights its shortcomings and errors in decision-making. The comparative analysis with an improved method suggests that the fuzzy SWARA approach is not suitable for multi-criteria decision-making and can lead to inadequate management.

Summary: The timely distribution of relief goods is crucial for alleviating human suffering in affected areas. This paper investigates the performance of multi-echelon humanitarian logistics networks in delivering relief goods based on predicted demand during natural disasters. An approximate solution to the optimal inventory-distribution strategy is derived, and numerical validations confirm its optimality and practical applicability. The findings identify conditions in which conventional multi-echelon networks are not suitable for push-mode strategies and propose an alternative network structure.

Summary: This study proposes a novel approach based on Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) and Geographic Information System (GIS) to solve the ELCs site selection problem. The weights of the criteria are determined by combining the entropy weight method with the Criteria Importance Though Intercrieria Correlation method (CRITIC), and the ELCs site selection suitability map is obtained using superposition analysis. The ranking of ELCs alternatives is obtained using the Vlsekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method.

Summary: This article introduces a general-purpose framework aimed at capturing the concept of quality of measurement information (MI) and provides systematic analysis for evaluating, communicating, and improving MI quality, with an application example presented to test the framework. The framework, based on general criteria from ISO standards, classifies criteria according to syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic layers, forming a structured approach that includes both top-down analysis and bottom-up synthesis.

Summary: The autonomous vehicle (AV) has the potential to restructure transportation infrastructure and improve traffic congestion, quality of life, and traffic safety. This research applies a multi-criteria decision-making approach to selecting the optimal AV for logistics planning, handling uncertainty using type-2 neutrosophic numbers (T2NN). Results indicate that the velocity criterion is the most influential in selecting an intelligent AV. Rating: 9/10

Summary: In recent years, digital transformation has become a mandatory and urgent requirement for modernizing countries. This study aims to provide an overall understanding of healthcare digital transformation in the rapidly growing ASEAN region through a novel multi-criteria assessment method. The proposed method combines psychological behavior theories and multi-criteria decision-making methods to objectively determine the criteria weight and describe the decision maker's subjective psychology, contributing theoretical and practical insights to the benchmarking process.

Summary: This study presents a mathematical optimization model for horizontally integrating the basic processes of production, inventory, and transportation planning at a tactical level. The model considers process times and allows for planning cutting, assembly, transportation, and inventory. It demonstrates the practical application of this generic model in solving actual planning tasks in a multi-stage automotive production network using real industry data.

Summary: Since August 2018, African swine fever (ASF) has caused over one million pig deaths in China and led to a surge in pork prices. To address this issue, the Chinese government has implemented two farm subsidies: the compulsory culling subsidy (CCS) and the large-scale breeding subsidy (LBS). Through a game-theoretic model, the study explores the optimal design of these subsidy programs and their impacts on different stakeholders.

Summary: This study examines whether the threshold parameter in the Omega ratio represents risk aversion by analyzing the asymptotic expansions for risk premia. The results suggest that the threshold in the Omega ratio represents risk aversion when the variance of the additional risk decreases with the background risk and when the density of the background risk is log-concave. Comparisons with expected utility criteria indicate that the conditions for the Omega threshold to represent risk aversion are comparable to those for exponential utility functions.

Summary: This paper examines the strategic sourcing decisions of a local brand (BOP) when purchasing remanufactured components from a local supplier (LSP). The study finds that the BOP tends to decrease its purchasing orders from the LSP when the probability of overseas supply disruption is high, while the LSP is willing to sell components to the BOP when the probability is in a moderate range.

Summary: This study examines a brand's decision on reselling through a platform by using game-theoretical analysis and big data validation based on transaction-level data from JD.com. The study finds that the platform's channel advantage and high logistics service level encourage brands to choose the reselling mode, and the impact of the platform's private label competition is non-monotonic.

Summary: In this study, we investigate a supply chain system consisting of a retailer and a supplier. We examine the threshold problem in contract design and take into account the risk preference of the retailer and the fairness concern of the supplier. The experiment shows that the behavior of the retailer affects the threshold of the optimal contract design, while the behavior of the supplier only affects the optimal wholesale price. These findings suggest that the behavior of retailers and suppliers play a crucial role in the mechanism design of supply chains.
