Summary: The aim of this study is to identify practices for construction companies to adopt agile project management methods during the design stage of projects that use BIM solutions. Despite the benefits of agile methods, waterfall project management is still more commonly used in the industry. However, recent studies suggest that adopting agile methodologies during the design stage is possible due to the similarities with software development projects. Based on a systematic literature review, the researchers identified 10 practices that can drive agile adoption, and these were validated by an architectural consultancy firm.

Summary: In recent years, the design-construction consortium model has become a realistic choice for enterprises in project implementation, due to the promotion of green buildings and increasingly complex engineering projects. A good and stable cooperative relationship between consortium members is crucial for improving project revenue and quality. This study constructed a three-party evolutionary game model and discussed strategies for ensuring evolutionary stability under different design modalities. Numerical simulation results showed the influence of relevant parameters on the stability of the design and construction consortium of green building projects. The research findings highlight the importance of maintaining stable consortium relationships for the green and ecological development of architectural design and construction.

Summary: This study found that the unionization of the electrical construction trade is dependent on factors such as increasing crew ratio, expanding non-apprenticeship union membership, organizing larger contractors, and maintaining a focus on public and heavy industrial projects. It contributes to the field of construction management by providing a data-driven assessment of factors affecting electrical construction unionization, narrowing the knowledge gap between theory and practice, and developing a new unionization trend metric through macro quantitative research methods.
