Summary: Although periconception vaccination is important for maternal and neonatal health, there is vaccine hesitancy among infertile couples seeking fertility treatment. A survey conducted in a reproductive medicine center revealed that a significant percentage of the interviewees reported hesitancy in primary and booster vaccination, with factors such as concerns for vaccine safety, effectiveness, and influence on pregnancy influencing their decisions. Targeted education programs are necessary to address the resistance to COVID-19 vaccine among infertile couples.
