Summary: An accelerated imaging system using EPR and nitroxyl radicals was established for redox-sensitive mapping in a mouse tumor model. Sparse sampling technique was successfully applied to evaluate solution phantom and mouse xenograft models, achieving fourfold acceleration in 3D redox-sensitive mapping compared to conventional methods.

Summary: In this study, we investigated the effects of a CYB5R3 mutation in a Pomeranian dog family with hereditary methemoglobinemia. The mutant enzyme showed decreased heat stability and increased susceptibility to trypsin hydrolysis, suggesting a higher sensitivity to temperature-dependent denaturation compared to the wild-type form. These findings suggest that the unstable mutant enzyme properties with normal enzymatic activity may be associated with hereditary methemoglobinemia in the Pomeranian dog family.
