Thermophoresis and Brownian moment effects on parabolic flow of MHD Casson and Williamson fluids with cross diffusion

Heat and mass transfer nature of magnetohydrodynamic Williamson and Casson fluids towards an upper paraboloid of revolution with thermophoresis and Brownian moment is discussed theoretically. Thermo-diffusion and diffusion-thermo effects are incorporated in the model. The governing equations of the flow is transformed using fitting similarity variables and solved by employing R-K based shooting technique. The behaviour of flow, temperature and concentration fields for different physical aspects is discussed through graphical illustrations. Also computed the coefficient of skin friction, local Nusselt and Sherwood numbers and presented through tables. It is found that the heat and mass transfer performance of Casson fluid is comparatively higher than that of Williamson fluid. (C) 2017 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
