Summary: The psychometric properties of the Persian version of the Cambodian Nursing Care Quality Scale were evaluated in this study using a methodological design. The study involved forward-backward translation, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability evaluation. A convenience sampling method was used to recruit 350 nurses. The results showed that the exploratory factor analysis extracted six factors explaining 60.76% of the total variance, and the six-factor model was supported by confirmatory factor analysis. The Cronbach's alpha and the intra-class correlation coefficient were 0.94 and 0.85, respectively. Patient or Public Contribution: Evaluation of the quality of care can lead to the enhancement of the quality of nursing services and patient safety, subsequently increasing the satisfaction of patients and the community.
