Summary: Biochemical recurrence after radical prostatectomy is common in intermediate-risk and high-risk prostate cancer patients. The optimal management includes a comprehensive evaluation with novel techniques like PET imaging and genomic analysis, along with consideration of traditional clinical variables. Salvage radiotherapy is the only known curative intervention for these patients without metastatic disease, but the importance of accurate timing, radiation dose, and systemic therapy must be emphasized.

Summary: YouTube is a popular platform for accessing health care information, including videos related to cesarean delivery. However, an analysis of the top-viewed videos on cesarean delivery revealed that videos directly related to the surgical procedure were mainly uploaded by medical groups and had higher scores, while videos indirectly related to cesarean delivery were less informative and uploaded by nonmedical groups. Therefore, YouTube may not be the most appropriate source for patients seeking information on cesarean delivery.
