Summary: This article discusses the growth of college students in a complex network environment and proposes measures for ideological education and psychological training. By citing literature, analyzing the adverse effects of the network environment on college students' psychology, and exploring the relationship between ideological education and the network environment, a sampling survey method is used to analyze the internet use, information contact behavior, and psychological status of college students. The results show that college students are at the forefront of internet use and bear more social responsibilities than other groups. Additionally, about 90% of individuals experience varying degrees of depression and anxiety. Therefore, psychological training and ideological education for college students are necessary.

It proposes an early warning index system and applies it to the construction of an early warning mechanism, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to accurately predict the occurrence of psychological crisis. The study reveals the significant interaction between stressors and coping styles, highlighting stressors as one of the main causes of college students' psychological crisis. Mature coping styles are positively correlated with mental health, while immature coping styles are negatively correlated.
