The (B)over-bar0→ D*+ (D)over-bar*0K- reaction to detect the I=0, JP=1+partner of the X0(2866)

In this study, we chose the (B) over bar (0)-> D*+ (D) over bar*K-0 reaction to observe the state of X-0(2866), which is a partner state of the D*+ (K) over bar* molecular picture. The reaction allows us to observe the R(1) state, which appears as a strong peak in the D*+ K- spectrum.
We have chosen the (B) over bar (0)-> D*+ (D) over bar*K-0 reaction in order to observe the I= 0, J(P)= 1(+)(R-1) partner state of the X-0(2866) stemming from the D*+ (K) over bar* molecular picture. The reaction proceeds via external emission in the most favored Cabibbo decay mode and one observes the R(1)state as a very strong peak versus the background in the D*+ K- spectrum. The branching ratio for R1production in this reaction is estimated of the order of 4 x10(-3). The method used, applied to the B+-> D- D+ K+ reaction, produces a ratio of signal to background in the D- K+ spectrum in very good agreement with the LHCb experiment that observed the X-0(2866). Sequential single pion production explaining the dibaryon d*(2380) peak

Summary: In this study, we investigate the mechanism of the np ->pi(+)pi(-)d reaction through the sequential steps of np(I=0)->pi(-)pp and pp ->pi(+)d. The narrow peak observed in this reaction, identified as a d(2380) dibaryon, is explained by a triangle singularity driving the second reaction step pp ->pi(+)d, determining the position and high strength of the peak. The combined cross section of these two mechanisms successfully reproduces the experimental observations of the peak under the applied approximations, providing a novel explanation for why it has not been detected in other reactions.

Exotic states with triple charm

Summary: This study investigates the possibility of the formation of exotic hadrons in the D* D* D* system. It is found that two D*'s can generate a bound state with JP = 1+, isospin 0. By solving the Faddeev equations within the fixed center approximation, states with J(P) = 0(-), 1(-), and 2(-) are discovered, which have charm 3, isospin 1/2, and masses around 6000 MeV, indicating their multiquark inner structure.

Λ(1405) mediated triangle singularity in the K-d → pΣ- reaction

Summary: We study for the first time two reactions close to threshold and find that they are driven by a triangle mechanism involving the Lambda(1405), a proton, and a neutron as intermediate states. We also find that a mechanism involving virtual pion exchange dominates and the higher mass Lambda(1405) state contributes the most to the process.

Masses and widths of the exotic molecular B(s)(*)B(s)(*) states

Summary: This study investigates the interaction between doubly bottom systems using vector meson exchange and Lagrangians derived from an extension of the local hidden gauge approach. The full s-wave scattering matrix is calculated using the Bethe-Salpeter equation and unitarity in coupled channels. Poles are found below channel thresholds for several attractive interacting channels, and the widths are evaluated by identifying the dominant source of imaginary part. The results show binding energies of around 10-20 MeV and varying widths for different systems.

Prediction of new Tcc states of D* D* and Ds*D* molecular nature

Summary: In this study, we extended the theoretical framework to describe the T-cc state as a molecular state of D* D and made predictions for the D* D* and D-s(*) D) systems. We found that bound states only exist in the J(P) = 1+ channel. Additionally, by using input parameters to regularize the loops of the Bethe-Salpeter equation, we observed different binding energies and widths for the D*D* and D*s D-* systems.

Triangle singularity mechanism for the pp → π+d fusion reaction

Inhomogeneity of a rotating quark-gluon plasma from holography

Summary: This study investigates the influence of rotation on the transition temperature of strongly interacting matter produced in non-central heavy ion collisions. By using a holographic description of an AdS black hole, the authors extend the analysis to the more realistic case where the matter spreads over a region around the rotational axis. The results show the coexistence of confined and deconfined phases and are consistent with the concept of local temperature in rotating frames developed by Tolman and Ehrenfest.

Constrain the time variation of the gravitational constant via the propagation of gravitational waves

Quantum tunneling from Schwarzschild black hole in non-commutative gauge theory of gravity

Summary: This letter presents the first study of Hawking radiation as a tunneling process within the framework of non-commutative gauge theory of gravity. The non-commutative Schwarzschild black hole is reconstructed using the Seiberg-Witten map and the star product. The emission spectrum of outgoing massless particles is computed using the quantum tunneling mechanism. The results reveal pure thermal radiation in the low-frequency scenario, but a deviation from pure thermal radiation in the high-frequency scenario due to energy conservation. It is also found that noncommutativity enhances the correlations between successively emitted particles.

Compact stars: To cross or go around? That is the question

Summary: The travel times of light signals between two antipodal points on a compact star's surface are calculated for two different trajectories. It is shown that, for highly dense stars, the longer trajectory along the surface may have a shorter travel time as measured by asymptotic observers. A critical value of the dimensionless density-area parameter is determined for constant density stars to distinguish cases where crossing through the star's center or following a semi-circular trajectory on the surface has a shorter travel time as measured by asymptotic observers.
