Summary: A scoping review was conducted to summarize the available literature regarding nutrition interventions for African Americans that address structural racism in the food environment. The majority of interventions consisted of policy, systems, and/or environmental changes combined with nutrition education. There is a need to further explore interventions that target reducing deterrents and improving social and economic resources, which may be better suited to address structural racism in the food environment.
