Summary: The willingness to receive COVID-19 vaccines among healthcare workers in India increased over time as the severity of the pandemic increased. Factors such as trust in the healthcare system, confidence in domestic vaccines, and perceived risk of contracting COVID-19 were found to be associated with the willingness to receive vaccines. Being married and having a high socio-economic status were also significant factors.

Summary: The unprovoked aggression by Russian military forces on Ukraine in February 2022 led to a high influx of refugees, posing risks of infectious diseases like COVID-19, measles, pertussis, tetanus, and polio. Urgent measures, including vaccination and maintaining good immunization levels, are crucial to mitigate these risks.

Summary: This study aimed to analyze the intentions of women aged 15-49 years regarding the COVID-19 vaccination and identify methods of promoting vaccination. The results showed that the proportion of women who refused COVID-19 vaccination in Japan was 17.0%, with the most common reasons being safety and side effect concerns. Among those who received the second vaccination, 32.7% hesitated or refused the third vaccination due to side effect concerns, a lack of information, and the influence of their surroundings.

Summary: This study compared the effects of positive and negative framing on COVID-19 vaccination intentions and found that positive framing was effective in increasing intentions for receiving less familiar vaccines. However, standard negative framing appeared to increase intentions for familiar vaccines. These findings provide important evidence for the use of positive framing to improve vaccine uptake for less familiar vaccines, but caution is needed when using positive framing for familiar vaccines.

Summary: The study found that Indian college students had relatively high levels of positive intentions to receive COVID-19 vaccines, although about one-third were not sure or unwilling to receive the vaccine, indicating possible vaccine hesitancy. Informational campaigns and other strategies to address vaccine hesitancy are needed to promote uptake of COVID-19 vaccines.

Summary: This study suggests that emphasizing the social benefits of vaccination can promote acceptance of COVID-19 vaccines, especially when there is low vaccine confidence and perceived low severity of COVID-19. News media sentiment on vaccines can influence vaccine confidence. Prosocical priming for COVID-19 vaccination can help overcome low vaccine confidence and promote prosocial vaccination when disease incidence temporarily declines.

Summary: An examination of parents' reasons for rejecting children's HPV vaccination and key predictors of vaccination intention reveals an overall acceptance rate of 81.9%. Fear of side effects, lack of information, and the perception that children are too young are the most common reasons for vaccine hesitancy. A high level of knowledge about HPV is associated with vaccine acceptance for female children, while negative attitude towards vaccination and reliance on online sources for information are linked to lower vaccine acceptance. Educational measures are needed to reduce misinformation and improve parents' attitude and knowledge about vaccination.

Summary: Sierra Leone, a West African country with a population of over 8 million, faces challenges in rural populations' access to and willingness to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. A cross-sectional study conducted in Ministry of Health and Sanitation facilities revealed that less than half of the patients/caregivers had the opportunity to be vaccinated, and 44% of the unvaccinated population would refuse a vaccine if offered at no cost. Summary: This study investigates whether employee perceptions of supervisor behavioral integrity for safety moderate the relationship between top-management safety climate and safety performance, and examines the mediating effects of safety motivation. The results support the replicated relationship between top-management safety climate and safety behavior, as well as the mediated relationships through safety motivation. Additionally, the findings indicate that the mediated relationships between top-management safety climate and safety behaviors through safety motivation are stronger for employees with high supervisor behavioral integrity for safety.

Additionally, the study also suggests that intelligence can impact the structure of multiscale personality measures, as lower intelligence scores are associated with higher inter-scale correlations for personality scales.
