An approach utilizing microwave radiation to create macromolecular systems containing silver nanoparticles has been developed in this study. The optimal parameters for the silver NP synthesis process, including polymer solution concentration, initial silver salt, and reducing agent D-glucose, have been determined. The presence of silver nanoparticles in the resulting colloidal solution has been confirmed through electronic spectra and transmission electron microscopy data.
An approach is developed to create macromolecular systems containing silver nanoparticles (NPs) based on water-soluble chitosan succinamide (CS) and a reducing agent, D-glucose, when exposed to microwave radiation. The optimal parameters of the silver NP synthesis process are determined: the concentration of the polymer solution, the initial silver salt, and the reducing agent, D-glucose. The presence of silver NPs in the resulting colloidal solution is confirmed by the electronic spectra of plasmon resonance (lambda(max) = 420 nm). According to the transmission electron microscopy data, the silver NPs are spherical, with a size of 9 to 33 nm.
