Summary: By analyzing immune infiltration in LUAD samples and differential lncRNAs expression, a prognostic model with eight immune-related lncRNAs was established. The model accurately predicted the prognosis of LUAD patients and showed independent prognostic value from clinical features. This study also identified immune-related pathways and cells associated with the eight-lncRNA signature in LUAD.

Summary: This study demonstrates the critical roles of hypoxia and the immune microenvironment in the development of osteosarcoma. By developing a gene signature based on hypoxia and immune status, the prognosis of osteosarcoma can be predicted. A nomogram was also constructed to optimize risk stratification and risk assessment for individual patients. These findings are highly important for the survival and personalized management of osteosarcoma patients.

Summary: Intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD) is an age-related degenerative disease that is mainly caused by the activation of the Wnt pathway after birth, which accelerates the degeneration process of intervertebral discs. Targeting the Wnt pathway may be an effective strategy for the treatment of IVDD, as it plays a crucial role in the growth, development, and degeneration of intervertebral discs.
