Summary: This study aimed to evaluate the penetration depth, antioxidant capacity, and clinical efficacy of Melaleuca alternifolia pure essential oil and its nanoemulsion in preventing skin photoaging. The results showed that the nanoemulsion had a higher penetration through the stratum corneum, improving skin morphology and exhibiting potential for treating photoaged skin.
